TOPAZ

TOPAZ is a sustainable mineral solution that penetrates deeply into porous surfaces such as concrete, brick and stone. It is specially developed for livestock farming, where hygiene, durability and easy maintenance are essential. Unlike traditional coatings based on fossil resources like epoxy or varnish, TOPAZ uses cold liquid glass made from natural silica. Through capillary action, it penetrates deep into the material and reinforces the surface without forming a sealing film. This allows the surface to remain breathable, water-repellent, and resistant to wear, acids and contamination.

A single application is sufficient for long-lasting protection.

Application and use

• Suitable for: concrete, brick, stone, barn floors, walls and slatted floors.
• Application: apply with an electric sprayer, in at least two layers on a dry, cleaned surface.
• Coverage: approximately 10 m² per liter per coat.
• Drying time: about one night with sufficient ventilation.
