Solar Impact uses far-infrared rays (FIRL), which provide optimum energy efficiency and comfort for your animals, similar to the warmth provided by solar rays. This technology, a proven method already trusted in medicine and wellness products, ensures deep epidermal penetration, activating subcutaneous blood flow to promote relaxation, while delivering gentle heat that poses no risk of overheating. The gentle heat provided by the panel also has the added benefit of maintaining a stable level of humidity, so it won’t dry out the ambient air, and there’s no smell or noise.This results in a comfortable and stable environment that supports your weaners’ well-being during their early stages of life.
 

The Solar Impact panel is designed to reduce energy consumption. It is compatible with an On/Off control system, but even after power cut-off, the glass continues to radiate heat, helping to maintain warmth without using additional energy. The tough, long-lasting tempered glass also increases safety, by reducing the risk of fire or injury compared to a regular infrared bulb. Our products are compatible with most control systems (Ecorel, Sodalec, Asserva, Oréla, Fancom, etc.). A black ball sensor is used to reliably measure radiant heat. Using this black ball sensor, the temperature can be regulated, according to how the temperature is experienced 60 cm from the panel.

The Solar Impact panel is designed to be both durable and easy to maintain. With an IP55 rating for water- and dust-resistance, it can withstand the demands of farm conditions.
There’s no need to disassemble the panel for cleaning, making maintenance hassle-free. The panel is easy to install and can be integrated into existing buildings or renovations. Additionally, it is height-adjustable, therefore able to accommodate piglets of different sizes and providing the right level of warmth as they grow.

The temperature measured by the probe is the reflection of the temperature felt at 60 cm directly under the appliance.
