The Aspi robot is a fully automatic robot for vacuuming manure in stables. As the robot continuously removes the manure, the barn remains clean and hygienic. This leads to improved claw health and fewer infections as udders and tails also stay cleaner.
The Aspi robot also has a water buffer tank to spray the floor, preventing film formation and ammonia emission.
The Aspi robot can be used on concrete floors or lined slats with and without grooves. The robot navigates on behalf of laser sensors. The Aspi robot can therefore be used in all buildings and these do not need to be modified.
The Aspi robot reduces labour by eliminating blind corners where manure accumulates. The robot can also be controlled via the app so that the manure moments fit into your feeding schedule.
Charging the battery, filling the spray water and dumping the manure is done in the same place: the Robot Toilet.
The Aspi robot is designed to be animal-friendly with a low noise level, preventing behavioural changes in the animals. In addition, the robot has no sharp, protruding parts and can be equipped with light and sound signals to alert your animals.
