TracVac

The TracVac is a fully automatic manure robot, which continuously removes the manure from your manure pit. The concept is based on a vacuum robot. Because the robot makes its route through the manure pit so frequently, all manure is continuously removed from the barn and methane and CO2 emissions are reduced. This therefore improves the air quality, leading to better animal welfare and improved working conditions. As the manure is taken from the manure pits fresh and still warm by the TracVac, energy can be maximally extracted from the manure.

The robot is self-driving and can be operated from an app on your mobile phone or computer. The robot can be applied in new and existing buildings with a pit at least 80 centimetres deep. Loading and dumping the manure is done in the same place; the robot toilet.

Optionally, airtight hatches can be installed between departments in the manure corridor.
