The very first Trac Reno system in the Netherlands is almost ready! From November 2023, the manure from 800 pregnant sows will be removed from the stable several times every day and... separated at the source. This means that the thin and thick fraction have minimal contact and this means that we will have significantly less ammonia emissions.
That is why this project is participating in a study to reduce ammonia by at least 70%, which means we can also register Trac Reno on the RAV list.
Just before the sows go in, we were given the opportunity to view the project with a limited number of customers and advisors and see Trac Reno in action. Limited due to biosecurity risks on the company.
If you are interested in coming and watching, please leave your name below and we will send you an invitation.
Before we visit the company, we will provide an explanation of what measures can be taken to reduce emissions and what studies and regulations may be of interest to you. We will also provide a technical explanation of the project and provide an insight into the value Cooperl has been able to achieve in France with these products.
If you have any questions, please call our office: 0492-450733. Due to the fact that we can admit a limited number of customers, we will only invite interested customers and consultancy firms.
Interested? Please register below and we look forward to welcoming you in week 43!
You will find more information about the project in the attached article from de Boerderij.
