Our slats meet legislation worldwide
It’s hard work to stay updated with changing legislation in this dynamic industry. We’re happy to tell you that the molds of our slats have been adjusted to comply with latest German legislation. The solid parts in our slats are now wider than the holes.
Our modular slats have a patented profile to provide optimal grip for the piglets' small feet. This gives them good access to the sow so they can locate the teat, and ensures maximum colostrum intake. The teardrop profiles also allow the piglets to walk the manure through the holes, and create a hygienic environment as all dirt can easily be sprayed away.
